We were asked to look at issues on a new Samsung DVMs system that had been installed recently but could not complete its commissioning process. We attended site within 3 days and diagnosed a software issue on the MCU boxes. We uploaded the correct software files to the MCU boxes without disrupting the office space, and got the system online and working in time for handover.
Job response time was 1 week compared to 4 weeks with the manufacturer.
